Luxury Holiday Park

Luxury Holiday Lodge Park, Ceredigion, Mid Wales. The site is brand new and is as beautiful below ground with brand new utilities allowing all lodges to have piped gas, adequate electricity supply and mains water. Our own ecologically friendly sewage treatment plant ensures not only the comfort of our owners but ensures sustainability of the environment. Roads and lighting will ensure safety and easy access at any time of year.

There will be a maximum of 30 units on the park of 8 acres so all lodges will have space and privacy-their own parking space and either a garden or deck according to location and choice.

Some lodges will be directly adjacent to the lakes –with decks where you can sit and enjoy the view-, others will have their own plot of back garden which you can cultivate as you wish.

We are spending a lot of money and time in landscaping to ensure each unit has a unique aspect and takes full advantage of the views.

The proprietors will maintain all main areas and grounds.

There will be a permanent office on site and a site manager for owner’s security.
